VyNest is an online accommodation discovery and booking platform that enables students to directly book PGs, hostels, and flats listed by property owners. VyNest does not own, manage, or operate any property and functions solely as a digital facilitation platform.
01. Student Policy
1.1 Platform Role
VyNest provides students with access to property listings. We do not guarantee property condition, availability, or suitability.
1.2 Direct Booking & Fee
A booking fee is required to confirm intent. This fee does not include rent or security deposits.
1.3 Payments Outside VyNest
Rent, deposits, and utilities must be paid directly to the property owner.
Student Responsibilities

- Follow property rules and local laws

02. Property Owner Policy
2.1 Nature of Service
VyNest enables owners to list properties but does not manage or operate the accommodations.
2.2 Listing Accuracy
Owners must ensure pricing, amenities, and availability are accurate and up to date.
Owner Responsibilities
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Maintain advertised standards
- Clear communication of charges
03 Platform Rights & Limitations
VyNest may review, suspend, or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or repeated complaints. VyNest is not liable for disputes or losses between users.
04. Acceptance of Policies
By using VyNest, students and property owners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these platform policies.
